Attract Butterflies And Hummingbirds With These Climbing Plants

To add beauty and interest to your front yard landscape, consider planting a climbing plant.  Climbing plants are a wonderful way to add color or to accent existing structures.  These types of plants can also be placed in flower beds as an accent piece when used with an elegant trellis. Many of these plants are also known for attracting hummingbirds and butterflies.

  3. Clemantis:  If you are looking to plant summer flowersthat are sure to attract butterflies to your property, then consider adding climbing Clemantis.  This vine produces elegant blue or white flowers and will thrive in planting zones 4-9.  Plant this vine in a sunny location that is free of pets and children. If you have the right location, Clemantis is the perfect accent piece for many flower beds.
