Compared to P90X, insanity is a simpler fitness program that can be completed within 60 days. Insanity is divided into two phases, the second phase being the max phase where the routines are more intense that comes with an intermediary week where you ought to focus on balance and core cardio training. Insanity is said to be very helpful when it comes to learning how to lose weight fast, as the workouts involve a mixture of plyometrics, cardio and calisthenics. Your level of dedication will be tested during these workouts and how hard you can push yourself in order to lose weight. But for most people, when it comes to Insanity vs P90X, most of them still find Insanity more intense. P90X, on the other hand, was said to be hard to complete although both programs can surely kick your butt. Aside from that, Insanity is not required for beginners as most routines are hard to do and high level of flexibility is required to accomplish these routines.
